(month 1-2)

• Bic asks Fast-Up Partners to design and assess the potential of  a new subscription-based service model in Europe. We deliver a full go/no go recommendation  including a full consumer value proposition, business plan,  organization structure and profiles.

Business Design

(month 2-3)

• The Board has everything it needs  to make the launch decision. We  set up the kick-off in partnership with a newly formed internal team, which then takes over.

Operational Roll-Out

(month 3-12)
• Launch in France.

• Launch in the UK after a successful year 1 in France.
