Assignments
We pilot the assignments to balance entrepreneurial-style projects like venture excubations with strategy consulting projects that require heavy analytics and hard thinking.
Exposure
We guarantee high-level exposure to directors and partners from the outset thanks to our unusually high senior/junior ratio.
Training
Our training program is ambitious and homemade. It teaches both the strategy consulting fundamentals with the cutting edge methods of digital entrepreneurs.
Guidance
Every single Fast-Upper has a personal mentor who is part of Fast-Up’s leadership team. We take care of each of you individually to support both your career path at Fast-Up and your entrepreneurship ideas.
Entrepreneurial Leave
We support your entrepreneurial initiatives by offering you the possibility to go on “entrepreneurial leave” and come back as if you had never left.
