Charles Tonlorenzi

Charles is a senior entrepreneur. His main expertise lies in starting, restructuring and advising companies in unpredictable environments, where technology, regulations and/or customer habits change at a rapid pace.

After a fast-track International career start at P&G, he was attracted by what was then the “new economy” and is now recognized as one of the French Internet pioneers.

He has created a dozen digital-centric businesses and currently works with blue chips on high-yield topics, continually inspired by Mark Twain’s words “they didn’t know it was impossible, so they did it”.

Frédéric colas

Frédéric is a seasoned digital marketer, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He loves to innovate and break new ground.

In 1996, he became the first ever digital marketer at P&G worldwide. He was selected for the Ad Age list of 16 media innovators around the globe and P&G named him “Ad Age’s interactive marketer of the year” in 1999.

He launched online gaming at Sega and was instrumental in driving local player Fullsix from being a local agency to the #1 digital agency in France and Europe during the 2000’s.

With his family, he completed the first ever world tour powered by Facebook to build a school in Burkina Faso (West Africa). Frédéric has worked in France, UK, Portugal, USA and Belgium.

Laurent houel

Laurent is a former senior executive turned entrepreneur.

He began his career at P&G where he became friends with Charles and Frédéric, at a time when it was too early for any joint startup (what was a startup in the 80s anyway ?).

He invested himself in brand building in the FMCG and Luxury sectors and held Marketing and General Management positions at Coty, Kering, LVMH and Danone.

Laurent brings his brand expertise and consumer- centricity to ensure compelling value proposals, his knowledge of DTC business models and e-commerce to develop the right routes to market, and his management savvy to ensure organizational effectiveness.

JOHN BURBANK​

John is a globally recognized leader in the world of technology and digital marketing.

John led the digital efforts of P&G’s largest global brand, Pampers diapers. He went on to lead the consumer marketing for AT&T’s wireless phone business, became the CMO of AOL, and then led the digital transformation at the Nielsen Company where he led landmark deals with companies like Facebook and Alibaba.

John has balanced his global “big company” experience by becoming an advisor and investor to more than 30 start ups around the world.

Alexis poujade

After graduating from Sciences-Po Paris (2002) and ESSEC (2005), Alexis worked with the Paris office of the strategy consulting firm Roland Berger.

In 2009, he joined Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët, the ultra-premium subsidiary of the Pernod-Ricard group, where he held various international positions in strategy, marketing and digital.

In 2018, he participated as CMO in the reversal of the jewelery brand Korloff alongside the investment fund Mirabaud Private Equity.

Today, at Fast-Up Partners, Alexis is developing our consulting business in the consumer and luxury goods sector and bringing his strategic and operational marketing skills to our clients.

Bertrand ESCOFFIER

After graduating from L’Ecole Centrale de Paris in 2009, Bertrand began his career in the consulting firm Bain & Company in Paris where he contributed to several growth strategy projects, portfolio reviews and mergers / acquisitions for international companies. In 2014, he participated in the development of the BPI France Hub to promote innovation and its funding in the French ecosystem before joining “Le Slip Français” in 2015 as General Manager, where he piloted the growth with the founder until placed it into the leading DNVBs brand in France.

isabelle brissot

Incredibly rigorous and eager to discover new environments, Isabelle has brought her accounting and admin skills to companies in a wide range of sectors including a law firm, a gold mining company, a trendy basket-ball federation, a classical dance company, a fast-growing food startup and now Fast-Up Partners.

Isabelle is our process master. She makes sure our accounting and operations run smoothly, which allows the partners’ to focus on clients and businesses. She is Fast-Up’s back-up.
