WinMinute

We founded WinMinute with Henri Moché and Christophe Bou to seize the retail information crowdsourcing opportunity. Fast Up Partners provided an already developed prototype, offices, client leads and most of all support over time.

We actually funded the company twice while most VC’s in this space where dropping their investment. It is now the fastest growing player in France.

Make.org

Make.org emerged from Axel Dauchez‘s and Alicia Combaz‘s energy and talent to change the society we live in. Fast-Up Partners offered the craddle for the company to gather its first learning: lots of advice, but more importantly its very first offices, its very first growth hackers and, later actually, some bridge financing.

Seelk

Seelk started as the e-commerce practice of Fast-Up Partners, as consulting clients were asking for support to sell on Amazon. We aligned our vision of a tech-powered Amazon consultancy with Benjamin Pipat and Raphael Guedj Pignol, provided the initial clients and funded the project. They further developed it into European leadership after we sold our stake to Webedia.

LimeLife

L’Occitane offered Fast-Up Partners to jointly build a digital multi-level-marketing business to sell natural cosmetics in Brazil. While setting this up, we identified a US success case, Limelife, which L’Occitane bought.

Our focus became to scale the then-7-digit revenue company into a 9-digit unit. Laurent Billion, one of our partners, is now the CEO of the company.

Mosaique Brands

We started Mosaique Brands with John Burbank and Garold Miller because we thought we would together be capable of quickly developing a flurry of appealing products and sell them on direct-TV and live online commerce channels.

Fast-Up Partners has cared for the “product studio” leadership, sourcing and operations. We also hosted the European teams and co-funded the project.

Scaleat

We started Scaleat as a tech agency serving restaurant chains and food and beverage players seeking success on food delivery platforms. We had aligned, funded and incubated two co-entrepreneurs and three Global industry clients.

Then came Covid and the 2 larger projects were discontinued. We failed to pivot the company and stopped operations on month 9.

Silea

We bought Silea, the French leader in artificial flowers, which had gone through a distress phase. After a 4-month honeymoon, where sales were booming, we entered a stress phase where some key clients went bankrupt, some suppliers asked for advance payment and the exchange rates developed very infavourably. We dissolved the company on month 11.
